You pay for your stay when you arrive/check in at the SIGA Guesthouse.

How does the check-in machine work?
You can check-in flexibly, 24-hours a day. You can find the check-in terminal right at the entrance of the SIGA Guesthouse. Please have your five-digit booking number, your passport or identity card and credit card or Maestro card including your PIN ready (no postcards). After completing the check-in process, the machine will give you your key card and a receipt.

When can I check into my room on my arrival date?
You can check in starting at 2 p.m.

What time is check-out on my departure date?
Please check out by 10 a.m. on your departure date. You can either leave the key card in the room or place it in the check-out box at reception.

What are the cancellation terms?
Cancellation up to one day prior to arrival is free of charge. If the guest does not appear, the guest will be charged for the booked stay.
